About the hotel
A perfect base to explore the City of Wells (England's smallest city) with it's moated Bishops Palace, magnificent Cathedral, and historic Market Place - a hub of bars, cafes and restaurants. Glastonbury with it's legend of King Arthur and of course the Tor and Abbey ruins is a short drive away. Cheddar and Cheddar Gorge, and of course sampling some Cheddar Cheese is a must on the itinerary, plus Wookey Hole, Bath, Longleat and Weston Super Mare are only a short drive.

Very clean and tidy .. great setting
We stayed at beaconsfield farm for 2 nights in one of the seperate garden suites which we was very impressed by.
It was clean and tidy and very well decorated. We was made welcome by carol and if there was any problems she would be happy to help. Great setting , very peaceful and great views. I would Reccomend beaconsfield farm to anyone and when we are back in wells to stay we will be back.
