Travelodge Cardiff Central Queen Street

Room was immaculate, perfect for a quick overnight or two night stay.

Not a great deal of storage if you're staying longer than that. Bed is comfortable but pillows are exceptionally hard in comparisaon. Not a fan of plastic disposable for a drinking glass but apart from that no complaints about facilities. Room 302 is noisy as it backs onto Live Lounge which was pumping music until around 3 am on a Thursday morning , but it's a city centre hotel so I expected a level of noise. Not a complaint, just a note for future patrons that this is not the hotel for you if you're looking for a quiet, peaceful stay. If you sleep like the dead, or understand that city centre hotels will always have a certain noise level then I'd highly recommend it.

Not bad for a Travelodge and the breakfast was good value.

It was £165 for the night, there was a rugby match on, so not great value for money.
