We were greeted by a lovely friendly lady who asked us to pay before showing us the room.
We'd booked a large double but had a small bed and there never seemed to be anyone to ask about it. The rate was much higher than a friend paid. We weren't allowed to set up a tab as too many people apparently left without paying and the first day most of the beers were off. Breakfast was lovely!
Spent the whole night that cold we did and early check out of 6am just to get into warm car and back onto road however I cannot fault the staff apart from the actual stuck up snob of a landlord.
Asked for heating on was told building is hot enough bearing in mind we had single glazed crack framed windows the chef in this place deserves 10/10 food was very nice!
