Tiny room for two people

I was very disappointed with the size of the twin room.

There was barely enough room to walk around the bed and very difficult for two people sharing to get ready without bumping into each other constantly.

There were also two dead ladybirds in the bathroom. There was also a dirty tray with uncovered food in the corridor when we arrived at 4.00pm and it was still there when we vacated at 11.00am the following day. The other member of our party had been given a much larger room and she was on her own!

Very pleased with the stay and would return.

The rooms are modern, very clean. Well located just outside of Windsor town center. Mini cab cost maximum £10 each way. What would i say would may the experience better "The bar would benefit with changing so that it has a better more welcoming feel, needs to become more of an area that draws you to wanting to sit in there, it really doesn't feel like a warm, main meeting place and doesn't have any exterior element for you to sit outside. Its a real shame as the hotel is set in a great location in fantastic grounds and i believe that the hotel is missing a trick"

No heating, not great

I stayed for two nights in a single room.

The room had absolutely no heating, and the curtains were blowing with the draughts from the window. Reception said they would send up a heater, but it never arrived. No bedside light so it was the very bright room lights or nothing. Food was ok, but not stunning. The table top on my dining room table was so loose and wobbly I worried that it would fall off while I was eating

We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a suite which was amazing, really made our stay so amazing.

Loved the room, just wish the water was hot enough to have had a bath in the lovely roll top bathtub. The gardener did start mowing the lawn at 7.30 in the morning outside the suite but it wasn't a massive deal. We were just so grateful for the upgrade and how spacious and luxurious the room was that we didn't mind!

Beautiful location

Was a bit apprehensive because of previous reviews but was pleasantly surprised on how nice it was and lovely and quiet.

The room was clean and in a lovely quiet location. Went for a swim and the pool and changing rooms were spotless. The only downside is that the drinks in the bar were very expensive so only had the one. Did not eat in the hotel in the evening because there was a harvester at the end of the road so ate there. Breakfast was very nice.

Very disappointed with how my total greeting experience was and then how I was treated by Louise in relation to the mess up of my family room for 2 adults and three children which was in fact a room for 4.

Louise told me that there was nothing she could do as this was booked via laterooms and if I wasn't happy then she would reimburse me and that I could look somewhere else. If was only when I escalated the issue to Tracey the duty manager did things move in the right direction. Generally the service throughout the hotel was poor and lacking great customer service with the exception of a handful of employees mainly in the restaurant. The bar supervisor name I forget was excellent and a role model for excellence. The hotel was genuinely a great place, but would not hurry to stay here again!

Family stay.

We stayed one night at the hotel.

We went to LEGOLAND and this hotel is very close. It's just 10 minutes drive. The room it self was nice. It did need a little room cleaning behind the sofa bed and the bed side drawer. It could also do with mini fridge in the room. Other than that, we had wonderful day. Staff is very friendly.

Not great due to the heating not working

Hi I was at you hotel on the 19th of may 2016 I was there with my other half she was not well so we decided to stop over at the local hotel.

we did book through laterooms due to getting a good deal as we got to the hotel the services was excellent we was greated in a nice manner. checked in and realised that the heating is not working. we phoned reception they did give us a external heater but was not good at all.. After all we did pay £85 and we did check out on the same day
