Warmth and sunshine at Blackberries

A very warm welcome awaited my arrival.

The hosts, young, discreet and genuinely wishing my stay to be a comfortable one where I felt at ease and well provided-for, and this certainly was the case. The room is tastefully furnished, the bed comfy, good, natural light and sufficient window dressings to block out street light at night. Good-quality selection of tea in room. The bathroom modern and clean and shower good - any chance of putting up a soap/toiletry hanger/shelf in the shower space itself for easier access to shower gels etc.. as otherwise have to place these way down on the floor tiles.

Breakfast coffee very good, and glad to be able to have fresh fruit salad and yogurt as English breakfast is not an option I can choose.

There was a very good energy at Blackberries. Thank you, my visit was a memorable one as I felt well there, and the best of the three other B&B's that I stayed in on my trip.

Stay at Blackberries

The double bed was very squeaky and the mattress not very comfortable.

Owner very nice and friendly.
