Lovely stay at The Hilton in Brighton
We had a very nice stay the staff are lovely.
Windows could be updated but otherwise lovely building

We had a sizzling stay at the Hilton, and with its central location it was the ideal spot to paint the town red. The unctuous breakfast was top notch and finished off our stay in style.
Perfect location no driving required
With Brighton being so busy to drive around I wanted a hotel with parking and that was on the seafront so this was fab.
The car park was under the hotel and a bit of a squeeze for larger cars but we found a space and left it there the duration. It is £20 which took us from the morning arrival up until midnight the next day which was ok. The hotel was impressive outside and also inside. The room itself was simple and clean, a huge bed plus a sofa bed for the children which was fine for one night. Staff were lovely - they forgot the bedding for the sofa bed and they came straight away to resolve. Breakfast was amazing and up to my expectations with all the trimmings. Would use again and recommend.
Having booked into a low budget hotel that proved a disaster, transferred at the last minute to the Metropole.
Offered a room upgrade for a very small supplement on arrival and enjoyed a very comfortable room with great sea view. Staff very accommodating. Lesson learnt - you get what you pay for!

We booked at the hotel over the bank holiday weekend.
What can I say ..but a big thank you to the professional and so friendly people who work there. They really looked after us .the children really enjoyed the weekend .it's was the best by far.
Fabulous place, fabulous setting, fabulous food
we had a wonderful nights sleep in pure luxury, I mentioned that is was my sons birthday and room service bought up a plate of cake with chocolate writing in the plate, we were thrilled.
the swimming pool was lovely. We were made welcome and allowed to stay in the car park even after check out time which was a great help

Myself, family including 5 year old son stayed for a 2 day break, unfortunately mine was cut short due to being ill on the first morning due to the inefficient manner of how my dietary request was handled.
I had emailed well in advance advising of my gluten intolerance and was advised that this would be met, however upon arrival to breakfast on the first morning nobody knew anything, I was cooked a breakfast which resulted in me being ill for 3 days and ruining the remainder of my stay. Even when I complained several times it was not taken seriously enough and nobody seemed that apologetic. However I have to say that the chef who had not been there the previous day was very good and sat down and spoke with me. However for people that do not have dietary issues there is no need to worry about my comments, but those who are Coeliacs I would be very cautious. I am bringing the above up as I think the hotel needs to improve on this kind of issue so as not to allow something like that to be repeated. With regards to the hotel itself I cannot fault it and our room which was sea view was of a generous size and very airy with a larger than average double bed which was very comfortable. One thing the hotel could improve on is the check in process, it seems quite long winded compared to other hotels and the majority of time there was a lengthy queue.
