Cheap but at a price
I needed a cheap hotel at quick notice.
I wish I had paid more as I found the hotel standards poor. The room was done to a budget with poor painting standards, cracked windows and no air con. Given a choice I will not be staying here again. If your only preference is a cheap price this may be for you. Unfortunately it wasn't for me.
Noisy and soulless, not worth the money
We booked last minute for a one night stay.
Large room, you could see the see from it, close to the centre and the sea, relatively clean and nice new bathroom although the shower head was leaking. Staff were trying to be nice but completely lacked training in customer care. Room is completely devoid of decoration, which makes it feel like you're in a psychiatric ward. One pillow per person, box standard cheap mattress and there was a constant noise of a generator or something similar that went on all night. It went off at around 7am when we finally managed to get sleep. The worst night I have ever had, mainly due to the constant noise. Given the lack of effort to make the place look like a hotel, I felt they are charging way too much. I have stayed in much nicer hostels and backpackers for a fraction of the price.
