About the hotel
We offer our guests to stay in London’s Prime location -Victoria and Westminster at a moderate rates. Green Park (Buckingham Palace), St James`s Park (St James`s Palace) and Wellington Barracks are all located 10 minutes walk away from the apartments. Tate Britain Gallery on Milbank was one of the top London tourist attractions in 2006 and not far away from it you can gaze upon Houses of Parliament, Big Ben, 10 Downing Street and London Eye.
In a radius of one stop away you are reaching Knightsbridge for Harrods, Victoria & Albert Museum, History Museum and Royal Albert Hall. Oxford Street, the Europe’s busiest shopping street with approx. 300 shops, is only 5 minutes by Underground train or 20 minutes by walk. All the apartments are newly refurbished to a high standard and benefit from its contemporary design and high quality comfortable furniture . They are fully equipped, have a large open plan kitchen with an abundance of dining and living space which is complimented by the period high ceilings and large windows. Cosy and comfortable apartments have everything you would normally have at your own home: the atmosphere, the standard, the facilities like cable television, Wi-Fi, clean bathroom, modern fully fitted kitchen with the washing machine/dryer and even lovely neighborhood. All the kitchenware is provided so you can cook anything from a light breakfast to a heavy dinner. All apartments are cleaned daily. Our housekeepers are professional, experienced ladies who always make sure that our apartments are cleaned and serviced up to a high standard. Also bed linen and towels are hired from the same suppliers as of high standard hotels. We, Apartments Inn London, operate from our office in Victoria, which is only 2-5 minutes’ walking distance from our apartments. Our working hours are 10 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday, Saturdays 11 am to 3 pm, Sundays our office is closed. Self-check in instructions would be provided two days prior to arrival as there is no reception within the premises. Guests are required to show photo identification and the credit card used for the booking upon check-in. All guests must be aged 21 or over to book an apartment. Full payment is required before arrival. You will be sent a secure payment link 3 days prior to arrival. If the payment is not received, the property will pre-authorise your credit or debit card. The making of any other noise, noise conduct by any guest inside apartments, communal areas or outside the building are not allowed. Please note that there are no luggage storage facilities. Smoking is strictly not permitted throughout the building. Pets are not allowed. Our 24/7 helpline is available should you need assistance.

Apartments Inn London-- Pimlico
Flat is not at location, no lifts.
I am sure that if all goes well, this accommodation is satisfactory, and reasonable value for money.
However... If things don't go well, it can turn into a nightmare. One night I could not get the apartment door number pad on the handle to work. The lady in the office gave me another number to use, and that did not work. It was clearly broken. When I contacted the office again they were shut, and here is the rub... no one answered the 24/7 help line even after numerous calls.
So I couldn't get into the apartment,which had all my gear in there.
I won't bore you with the rest of that nightmarish night, but a week later my letter of complaint has not been answered, and I have been tendered with an invoice for the full price of my stay. I will be taking this further until I get redress. In short, the management of this operation are a disgrace. Buyer Beware!
