I enjoyed a quirky shaped corner room with panoramic views over the city....
Upon booking the privileged room, it stated that we could book in and out at any time we would like.
However, when we arrived this was not so as we had to wait till 2 to book in and then had to book out at 12 at the latest.
We were also told that breakfast was included in the price. However, this was not so, as when we arrived we were told we had to pay £20 for the breakfast. Which we found wasn't very nice and there wasn't much on offer to eat.
We found that the gentleman who booked us in was very accomadating and welcoming. However, I can not say the same for many other staff at the hotel as, when we were leaving and carrying our luggage to the car, two staff members watched on as we struggled to open the door to the car park. We did manage to enjoy the stay as the views over the city were great, the bathroom was good and spaceous and the hotel was a convenient distance from the city centre. However we will not be staying in this hotel again nor anyother branchs of this hotel.
