Hard Work

The Hotel, on the whole was very beautiful, but that was about it !.

I had a very long journey down to Cardiff during the day, and when I arrived at the hotel at around half past 8 at night. I had turned into the parking facilities which where full, which was fine, so I found what I though was an over spill car park and parked in there, ( there was no clear sign to say otherwise ).

As I checked in, the receptionist was rushing through check in , and reeled of where the bar was where the rooms our and I didn't catch the rest as, it was fired at me and the next person was being served. I stopped to ask if my car was ok in the over flow and was looked at as if I was an alien.

he said no and it would get clamped if it wasn't moved , after putting my bags in my room , after finally working out where it was, I came down to move the car, to only find my car had been locked in the car park. I went back to ask if I could quickly move it , to which I was told no, it would probs get clamped, id been there for 15 minutes at this point !. I would have to get up at 5am to get my car and that was that.

I got no sleep worrying about my car, and finally it was 5am, so I was able to go down and move it

there was no apologies it was more of an inconvenience that I had caused. The service I received was appalling. I would recommend the hotel for location and layout, but as far as the staff where concerned I would rather go and stay in the ymca for a night at least I would not have been burden!
