A very ordinary B&B overall - the owner was very helpful and it is a short walk into the city centre so couldn't be better located.

Free parking too. However, it is a B&B so our room didn't have much of a shower and the basin was in the bedroom not the ensuite. Breakfast okay that having been said, it was a great deal cheaper than even the Premier Inn.

Absolutely lovely host with a fantastic sense of humour.

Helpful and very welcoming. Gave excellent advice about the tourist attractions and was very knowledgeable of Bath in general. Knew where best to eat out because she often does so herself. This place has parking on site and permit parking with plenty of spaces outside available. A 10 minute walk in to town so a very peaceful location as no traffic noise could be heard at all. Beautiful quirky property with bundles of character and rooms in keeping with the age of the property. Owner not afraid to put the heating on when needed so the house had an extremely comfortable temperature. Breakfast was outstanding and the owner was more than accommodating with our chosen breakfast items. Could we have fried bread please we ask and immediately said "yes of course". The fried bread was the best we have ever tasted, crispy but not greasy. Breakfast was so plentiful with cereal, fruit, yogurt, full English, fruit juice, filtered coffee, tea, plenty of toast, jam and marmalade it kept us full until evening. Definitely would visit again as others do.
