The place was a very good value for money with advantage of parking in front of the house.
The owners were really friendly and helpful. The room was quite basic and bathroom slightly outdated but it was clean, shower worked well, the room was nice and warm and reasonably spacious. Only thing which was missing was a hair drier.
My room was warm, cosy and quiet.
Vanessa and her husband were very welcoming, I even had a visit just to say "Hello" which I thought was very kind, especially if I hadn't visited Norwich before or was new to the area. The B+B has a lovely housekeeper (I've forgotten her name - sorry),who along with the owners will make you very welcome and comfortable. If I stay in Norwich again I shall definitely stay here. It is roughly a mile (my guess) from the city centre though there is a bus stop almost outside the house. I found the walk into town interesting, finding cobbled streets and quirky houses and shops along the way. Three days felt like a week, fantastic.
