Radisson Blu Edwardian Grafton Hotel
Lovely hotel, great location.
A satsfying stay
Ideally situated between Euston Station and Central London, the staff were welcoming and efficient upon our early check-in, the room immaculately clean and surprisingly quiet for the city centre.
Well presented hotel in good location.
The room was clean and well presented, the restaurant offered a good variety of breakfast options and served a decent steak for an evening meal.
All staff were very polite and helpful.
Very good hotel a bit noisy from outside due to new year celebrations
An excellent hotel all round.
Staff very polite, friendly and helpful. The rooms were of a high standard with all you would expect and more. Very close to travel links with the underground being no more than a 30 second walk away. Two mini markets right outside too
More than satisfied
staff were most pleasant, engaged well but not overly effusive; just the right balance.
very enjoyable stay
Nice staff. My room was tiny- the double bed filled it, but that didn't bother me as a lone traveller. And it was clean, nice bed, good showers. No car parking, so used their Valet parking facility- £36- but they were helpful. Worst experience was checking out the following day- huge queue- only 2 staff on when there were desks for 6. This is simply bad organisation during a busy pre- Christmas period. When you just need to check out you don't want to be waiting nearly an hour. But that is my only complaint. Really good location (great pub just around the corner- the Prince of Wales Feathers). And I will stay there again.
Great location from Euston, ideal for tube, staff were great as was room and breakfast
