Overall very comfortable but the pillows were rather large/high!

Good - til breakfast

Plenty of breakfast choice but that which was out for you to help yourself was a long way from hot - barely warm in fact.

Then on checking out was told we'd used some of the mini bar (we'd chilled the "complimentary" water in the fridge which housed the mini bar and were charged £3.50 for the one bottle of "complimentary" water we'd drank!

Nice hotel

We had a nice time at the hotel.

Issue with the pillows being a bit large but management at the hotel were quick to respond to our feedback.

1 night Saturday stay

1 night stay on a Saturday, stayed in room 2015.

Room was clean and compact but had everything that was needed. Main issue was the noise from 10pm, we thought we were staying next to a a night club, the base was so intense it felt like the bed was vibrating. By 12:20pm I had to ring reception to complain about the noise. They said it was a party downstairs and offered to try and find another room but it would be finished by 1am. Reception said they were asking the dj to lower the base so I don't think We were the only ones complaining. As you can imagine after a full day of sight seeing and a disturbed sleep the day before we were pretty exhausted the next day.

Room was very small and we booked superior.

Breakfast staff were very unhelpful and so rude. They really upset me.

London Trip!

Stayed at this hotel for 1 night with my other half.

We got told before we arrived check in was at 3pm, however we arrived at the hotel around midday, & our room was already ready - which was amazing. The room was neat and tidy, with a marble bathroom in which had a hairdryer to. Short walk to Tottenham Court Road approx 5mins. Breakfast was fab, with a range of hot and cold food - something for everyone to enjoy. Great location as its only a couple of stops to he main attractions in London. I would definatly stay here again & would recommend to a friend.

Thanks for a great stay.

Great accommodation for central London

Upgraded to a junior suite which was spacious, particularly for central London.

Very helpful staff, not pretentious at all.

Rooms are small

For £230 for a Wednesday night I thought overall it wasn't value for money, it didn't even include breakfast.

I was travelling with a colleague and had booked a twin, but ended up with a double. Though they did offer for us to go to another hotel. Which I thought was a bizarre as I had booked the hotel due to its location. Unfortunately whilst the room was nice it was the size of a shoe box. The air con didn't work and there was no iron. Overall the hotel is nice, the staff were polite and helpful but the room and bed situation let it down. It didn't feel value for money, and I wouldn't intend on going back.
