"Location very good; well placed in the gap between Euston and Paddington hotels. Just a bed for the night, but everything works, if the show..."
"Great hotel, very reasonably priced for its location within London...."

Ok. Nothing more
I was in London for 18 hours so the price was all that mattered.
It was cheap and clean and central. That said, anyone of 6ft would struggle to perform moderate human actions like dressing. There was no hot water but reviews I had already read said that so I wasn't bothered. I wasn't in town long enough to worry about having a shower.
If you want a bed after a night out and dont need to spend any time in the room it's perfect. Otherwise pay the extra £40 and get a room you can bend down to tie your shoe laces in.
The Hallam Hotel, London
On-Suite very poor - tiles coming off walls, sink stained and shower unpleasant.
Decoration very tired and beds not very comfy. Could hear the people in the next room talking even though they didn't appear to be talking above a normal level.
