Another comfortable stay at this group of hotels

I stay in Shepherd's Bush about once a month on a Friday night for work and the Sapphire / Emerald / Pearl hotels are reasonable quality and value for money, enabling me to get to work at 7:00 on the Saturday.

Unfortunately this means missing out on the breakfast included in the price as they don't start serving until 7:30

Sapphire Hotel

Awful.

Room is very small with a bed with springs that had gone over the bed. The beds featured in the pictures are not the ones in the actual hotel. Said they will deal with it and nothing happened except a man coming to tell me he is sorry and that the beds are new and expensive, errrr no they are not.. Place smelt when all of the friends / family congregated in the over the top extra large reception area for their comfort and not the paying customer of over £100 per night. I've found a cheaper and better hotel since called W12 Rooms.
