Good location and very easy to find
Very good service on arrival.
Friendly and efficient staff/management. We were leaving at 6am and we asked if we could have an early breakfast. Duty manager made a note and couldn't have been more helpful. Next morning the staff weren't aware of the request but they again couldn't have been more helpful, which we thought was quite impressive. When using the car park please note you have to buzz the intercom on the wall before approaching the barrier. There is a sign but I missed it and almost burnt my clutch out reversing back up the ramp!

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Windsor for 2 nights.
We were permitted to join the Holiday Inn Club which allowed us a late check out of 2pm, simple process of completing a form. The rooms were basic, twin room with TV, bathroom really lovely. The room was comfortable and clean.

Had a good nights sleep but after indulging Christmas Day didn't sample the breakfast on offer
What didn't work!
1/ the coffee machine was appalling.
I appreciate the Group probably have loads of these but they have to be replaced. The coffee was undrinkable and the hot water for tea wasn't hot enough. The scrambled eggs were rubbery, there was no marmalade and the choice for hot dish was paltry. Simply not good enough for a major hotel brand. 2/ On the website it was flagged the overnight parking was £10. On arrival we were told it was £12.00 Now I'm not fussed by two quid but it's irritating to have two different 'official' charges. Pls clarify one way or t'other.
