Value for money enjoyable stay

Hotel easy to find and adjacent rod into and out of Leeds.

Reception team friendly and welcoming. Room well presented, clean, and fit for purpose. Food very good and when there was a mistake caused by another guest the team were polite and apologetic, reordered my meal and offered me a complimentary drink whilst I waited. All in all a very pleasant stay

Friendly staff, we didn't have breakfast or stay for food.

The only real downfall was the mattress . I think every possible spring had sprung, not a decent sleep at all and the radiator desperately needed bleeding so be on your guard to be woken up at silly o clock with loud banging coming from the radiator, if in the same room as we were 215 . Very basic room, but it's what you expect as this hotel was cheap as chips. Would stay againi if we had to.

third world standards

Room was filthy and very old fashioned.

Table tops were greasy. Bathroom looked like a 1980's council flat. Quality of staff was very poor, obviously all on minimum wage. The food was disgusting especially the steak which I ordered as I thought it would be safe however, I have never tasted anything so disgusting so I didn't even finish it.

Britannia Leeds Hotel

Small things really we got a triple room with the smallest tv in, but the staff are great.

Old, dated, and not really a 3 star!

The hotel was really dated and had seemed like it hadn't had any form of maintenance done in the last few years.

The lift rattled and sounded like it was going to get stuck so I only used that once in fear of getting stuck in it for the night. (Carpet lined lift!....plush in the 70's!!)

The windows in the rooms didn't shut properly, the mattresses looked and felt like they had seem more action than Hugh Hefner, and the bathrooms smelt of damp. The only other guests seemed to be the poor unsuspecting pensioners that had been dumped here as part of their coach trip. I paid £94 for a room with breakfast but I travel for work and I would have rated this as 2 star and would have expected this quality of room to be more like £40 for the night!

Great service and there is a big Tesco near it in case you forget things like me.

My business / working trip to Leeds

The staff were always helpfull with any inquiries or questions

They were always friendly and approachable and if they couldn't answer your enquiry they would put you in touch with someone else who could help

The rooms probably could do with modernising they are a bit dated

Definitely a place to stay if you are a older person

Overall a pleasant stay

A nice stay if your working away

Very dated rooms with old furniture, no air con and wi fi not working.

Not bad for the price of one overnight stay if it's late and you are tired!!

Average comfortable hotel.

Staff helpful.

Location is good for accessing centre. Otherwise hotel rooms very basic.
