You get what you pay for

This was the cheapest room in Glasgow so we were not expecting much.

The double room was four bunk beds. It was warm and we could sleep. Outside is pretty noisy. There is a bar next door and people sat outside. It is very central. We were here midweek so I wouldn't stay on a weekend. Also we left at seven am and the city was noisy by then. The shower worked fine. Service felt like a hostel. I think he could have simply said there were no quiet rooms rather than, 'what does quiet mean. You know what I mean'
