Following a very tiring journey from Folkestone and expecting at least a comfy bed, I was extremely disappointed.
The bed was so lumpy that I got very little sleep. The bathroom and shower were grubby with the shower running freezing cold and boiling. No bedside tables. I was pleased to leave and certainly won't be back
Ashiana Part 2.
After the fiasco relating to Confirmation reference No 30914498R - no reaction to this yet received) I was not certain that I actually wanted to stay there.
This time, at least, the booking was honoured. Excellent accommodation, but in view of what happened previously (it was only the day before, so they can't haver forgotten) the reception was not in the least friendly or contrite. They need training in customer relations and PR.
