Holiday Inn AYLESBURY

The room where breakfast was served was extremely cold.

The air conditioning units were blowing down directly on us. When mentioned to staff they just agreed that it was cold and pointed to two oil fired radiators which did not have any effect at all. That evening we wanted a shower and there was no hot water. There was a problem. It had been off all day. They didn't know when it would be back on. In addition to this the kettle had a hole in it and leaked water everywhere. Extremely sub standard hotel considering it is a Holiday Inn. We were booked in for two nights but only stayed one.
