Very central for the purpose of my trip.
The only warning I would give others is that its location on the side of the street means it's noisy at night. I am a good sleeper so that didn't bother me. Hard to get a room here on Sat. Night because hotel hosts hen parties. We had to move out for Sat. Night. Probably just as well!
The staff, room and breakfast were all excellent.
The provided some delicious shortbread and bottle of water as a welcome in the room. On check-in on Sat. I was informed that they hold a disco on that night. The noise was very disruptive as I tried to sleep and went on till 2am. However my remaining nights in the hotel were a lot more peaceful!
