This Hotel Needs Shaking Up In Certain Areas!

We had stayed in room 39 several years ago, it appeared to be exactly the same, even the same stain on the carpet.

On the first night we were both woken by someone running past our room and going noisely through the fire door next to us. This was at 1.00 am, and my wife was unable to go back to sleep, so this incident affected our short break. We remembered that when we arrived we had spotted a young man up on the roof and wondered whether this might be related, and we relayed this information when we checked out. On Sunday morning the fish cooked for breakfast took almost half an hour to arrive. The incident on the first night and the late breakfast was reported to the hotel manager, who promised faithfully to get back to us - he didn't and there was no mention of this when we checked out on the Tuesday. We have considerable experience of staying in a variety of hotel accommodation and didn't feel that The Treglos was value for money. We love this area and were disappointed that this hotel did not live up to its reputation!
