Great place to stay in Conwy
Very nice hotel.
Lovely room and very pleasant and polite staff. The breakfast was good and plentiful. Everything about the hotel was good except for one thing - the quality of evening meal ordered for my wife was poor. We did complain and the meal was knocked off the bill without hesitation. Otherwise it was a good hotel in a very convenient location for Conwy and into North Wales. Definitely worth a re visit but check the food out first.
Excellent service couldn't do enough for you.
Room clean comfortable, food in the pub was fresh hot and plenty of it. Good choice at breakfast again very good . Would stay again.
