Recommend

Lovely place to stay, very friendly and helpful.

Looking forwards to going back again. Ground floor en suite room was absolutely perfect as was easy to get in and out with my wheelchair bound child. Plenty of room and very cosy and warm. Love the idea of the continental breakfast as I never eat in a morning but enjoyed a varied supper instead, Thanks again

Avoid- Miscommunication and false advertisement

We booked a double ensuite room and we were given non-ensuite room.

The room we stayed in was very small and it was an attic with low roof. There was a shared bathroom and we have to share that bathroom with a male student which was obviously not ideal if you are staying as a couple. The pictures provided on website are of ensuite room but there is only one ensuite room and other two rooms are non- ensuite. When I asked the land lady about my booking for ensuite room I was told that there is no ensuite room available and the ensuite room has already been taken by some lady. The land lady was persistent that I have not booked ensuite where as my booking says it was a booking for ensuite room.

It was not easy to find the hotel. The land lady kindly guided us and acted a guide by staying on line while i drove to hotel. I would strongly recommend ringing the hotel and checking which room you will be getting. Do not stay in that attic type room. I have contacted late rooms for refund and explained about miscommunication.
