satisfaction and happiness
The rooms were spotlessly clean in particularly the bathroom - The bed was clean and comfortable.
For me the lighting was good a real plus. The price was absolutely right. We did not use the facilities of the hotel as it was just for the one night and we had travelled a fair distance. We attend an event at the NEC and I have already booked for rooms in February. We were all so happy with the hotel - of course next is a bit more expensive but we have pushed the boat out and hope to see you all again

The restaurant was quite good.
The only thing i would say is £9:50 for parking is a little too steep...especially if you are already paying to stay there....they shouldnt charge more than £4 for guests. Also i was in 231 right next to some very very drunk and noisey guests coming in at 4am or so...

The room was itself was fine but the shower unit in the bathroom was US
The Spa was not working and the Steam Room was not really hot.
The Gym Equipment was excellent and the Pool was lovely.
Holiday Inn BIRMINGHAM AIRPORT
We arrived late.
Check in what long. If we had waited to check in we would have not had time to get a meal. The steak had to be sent back it was tough. Check in took an age, We did think the coffee to take away was a nice touch in the morning.
Lovely weekend break
Lovely clean room.
Staff were all very polite and helpful. First weekend away from the kids in fifteen years and thoroughly enjoyed our break would definitely book again. Only thing I can think of that was missing were little packs of biscuits on the coffee tray in the bedroom.
Pre holiday overnight stay
Hotel very convenient for our very early morning flight from Birmingham airport it took approximately ten mins from the hotel car park to the meet and greet airport car park.
Bedroom was quiet and comfortable the only negative about the hotel is the restaurant which has a limited menu and is quite expensive

Nice room - bar a rip-off.
We stayed overnight at Holiday Inn by Birmingham airport Staff were friendly enough and the room was perfect for our needs (we had a suite as there were 3 of us) Breakfast the next day was great and we had a good choice - we were also able to take it on a tray to our room.
However, we went to the bar for a couple of drinks in the evening and were shocked when we were charged over £10 each for a (what they called) large red wine. The barman said 'that's hotel prices for you' I was shocked as we were in Holiday Inn at Birmingham Airport, not the Ritz. I also felt embarrassed as the hotel was full of foreign travellers who were being ripped off during their visit to the UK. I would recommend all customers take their own beverages when staying here!

Friendly helpful check in staff, lovely modern checking in area. Room very basic but clean.

Was upgraded for no additional cost
Myself and my girlfriend were staying here overnight to attend an event nearby for our anniversary.
We requested our room be a double because we didn't want to end up in a twin. When they found out it was our anniversary they upgraded us to an executive room for free which was a lovely room, the staff were all very accommodating.
Very good service as soon as we entered front desk.
Made it very easy to book and advised on car parking while away in Ireland. Food and drinks in Restaurant were fantastic as was the staff.
