My wife and I stayed for one night only as the hotel was very conveniently located close to the church in Fenny Stratford High Street where we were to attend a wedding.
The receptionist kindly allowed us to check in early at 13.00 instead of 14.00 as the ceremony started at 14.30. This gave us time to unpack and prepare. The room was clean but not very big. The bathroom was clean and had a bath with a good shower in it with plenty of hot water. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice and an attentive waiter. Our only downside was being woken from a deep sleep by the smoke alarm in our room. I contacted reception who told me someone had showered in another room and left the bathroom door open. I suggest more powerful extractor fans in the bathrooms. This happens in other hotels to be fair as they all have underpowered extractor fans. All in all good value for money.
staff were able to sort out the mess caused.
We were not informed that parties would take place from 4.30pm-11pm & go onto 7am the next day! !!
We arrived on the Thursday evening, clean room, but being over 80% disabled a long way to walk.
Paid our money but not the price quoted. Went to to cafe for food, sorry no soup tonight. Nice meal. Friendly. 2nd morning good breakfast. Then informed by staff that there would be some youngsters in that evening. There is a club. Opposite/Gays/Lesbians/Transsexuals/Transvestites. Where do they bed down?. Correct in the hotel. They used their rooms to party in drinking from about 4.30 until 11ish then off to the club returning at anytime between 2.30am & 7am & always screaming voices. No we did not sleep!!. On Friday we cancelled our Sunday stay & they gave us £49 back. But we were still there for the Saturday night & that was worse. We could hear the night staff pleading for them to return to their own rooms, "There are only supposed to be 2 people in each room". Banging on doors shouting/swearing/sleeping in the corridors/peeing in the corridors. It is not your fault if you have not been informed. The staff try their best. The hotel is probably very nice throughout the week. But at weekends...AAAAAHHHH. The staff are very friendly & courtious wether cleaning the rooms/being at reception/serving in the cafe/breakfast room all very good. It is just the Fri/Sat & Sun nights. If you do not get the bad comments, then how can anybody improve. We used the hotel in Bletchley as I needed to go to Bletchley Park to give some equipment & parts for use in their computer museum, which they did not have. That was completed, but too a long time was spent on our feet & as we are both in our 70's needed rest afterwards. This we did not get.

Total dump, never again.
Last minute but good value
Great staff. Bit noisy due to nightclub over the road tipping out at 4am. Overall good value
Dirty, smelly, noisy, overpriced
I stayed here for 3 nights, Friday to Monday morning.
The hotel is in Fenny Stratford near Bletchely opposite a nightclub. Every night from about 8pm till 5am there are crowds of people shouting and screaming outside the hotel. The locals use the road right outside the hotel as a drag strip for their souped up cars. The hotel itself has seen better days. The carpets are stained, the rooms themselves are very, very basic with woodchip wallpaper and soft beds. They look like it's not been decorated for about 30 years. There is virtually no soundproofing so you get to hear everything which is going on in the adjoining rooms, including arguments (of which there were a lot), people moving furniture and toilet habits. Guests were also apparently smoking in their rooms as the hotel smells of second cigarette smoke. This is probably the second worst hotel I've ever stayed in, beaten only by a hotel in Hull which had running water down the walls. Given the quality of accommodation and the location, it is massively overpriced. More fitting for £30/night motel.
CAMPANILE HOTEL MILTON KEYNES - OK BUT NOT GREAT

Clean and tidy room, very good value for money.
Breakfast a bit expensive but freshly cooked
Our room shower was broken and flooded the whole toilet.
Told the help desk and they said they would send someone to fix it but never did. The floor from the bathroom went onto soak the carpet by the bathroom. Security kept knocking on our door complaining of noise even though it was the room next to us which we kept telling them. They continued to knock at our door throughout the night.
Breakfast in the morning was burnt, when we told them at the desk they said that we got what we got for the money we paid. Help desk were rude, didn't smile or make us feel welcome.

Hotel is very dated, and could do with a facelift.
Very clean and well maintained though.
