Customer attentiveness excellent, rooms were clean and new looking.
I will be returning in the future.
Okay for a night.
Overall quality is okay.
Little surprised the entranced gate to car park is closed as default. Had to call to the reception to understand the door will automatically open when your car approaches. The size of the room is bit tight and the mattress of sofa bed was too soft but that's pretty much standard in every other 'Novotel' hotels.
Ease of Check in and Check Out
Only one downside is the Price of the Car Park
Weekday stay at Novotel Broad Street Birmingham
A little overpriced for what it is but a good clean city centre hotel with comfortable good sized bedrooms.
the food is never more than mediocre
Novotel Birmingham Centre
Clean and staff are very friendly.
Very friendly staff and helpful too
Stayed one night.
Room lovely and clean and staff friendly. Only had breakfast which was ok but nowhere near the quality of the premier Inn we stayed in the night before.
Stayed at this hotel for one night in March 2016.
Couldn't fault it. Room was immaculate. Reception staff extremely helpful and friendly. Fairly cheap too. £75 for the night. Would definitely recommend it to others.
Ideal for NIA
Stayed at the Novotel while enjoying an evening at the NIA.
Perfectly positioned with just a 5 minute walk from the arena. Comfortable and contemporary at the same time. Would gladly use again!
Good location room ok
Booked to go to an event at the barclaycard are a.
Location was great a short walk to the nia and lots of bars and restaurants. Room ok separate toilet good idea but very basic. Price was high for room with no breakfast. Parking very tight we parked in brindley place.
