Alone in Wolverhampton

Room was clean and tidy.

Very comfortable bed, issues with telly turning itself off but overall a good stay.

Thank you very much!

I stayed in the Quality Hotel Wolverhampton on the 21/09/2016 for one night.

I would like to say a massive thank you to the receptionist who was working that evening when I arrived at around 7pm as I didn't catch her name. I was travelling on a business trip from up north. There had been an issue with the card payment through Late Rooms, being on my own I was a bit uncomfortable and worried when I couldn't check in. When they said the payment details hadn't come through from the website, they lady was extremely helpful given the situation and allowed me to sort the issue out in the morning. Again in the morning I was still trying to sort out with my company to get the card details and again the customer service from the lady that morning was fantastic. I really hope they get the credit they deserve from yourselves, I've stayed in many hotels from work/leisure etc and I have never been made to feel so comfortable and looked after. So a very big thank you, you should be proud of your staff.

"Poor" Quality Hotel

When we arrived there was no apparent disabled parking apart from a patch near the door which was occupied by non disabled people, the carpets were dirty and hotel decor in need of refresh, our room, the bathroom was poor, our 6 yr old daughter slipped in the bath as the anti slip etched pads had been worn very smooth and no bath mat was available, I reported this to the night staff and asked him to fill an accident report out.

The toilet seat was broken and so was the sink. The panelling looked to have been done by an amateur. On our second night stay, at midnight I rec a call from reception stating that there were to ladies waiting for me there. (I did not reply to the request) at 02:30 am a man came into our room woke us up and left quickly. I rang reception straight away and asked if he had just come into our room, he replied he hadn't, he rang back stating he had given a key to our room to a man who said he was staying in it, (I would have thought he would have asked for his name before giving him our room key) there was a strong smell of drugs in the rear hotel entrance. I would not recommend this hotel to any families maybe ok for local workmen . Paul, Leeds.

In terms of value for money, this stay was A1, friendly and helpful staff and all needs recovered

My hotel stays are more often for business, (& on expenses) so I've been rather spoilt in terms of the wide range of services available, but that was accompanied by far steeper costs.

The cost here was modest and while the range of services were narrower, everything needed was covered and they were well delivered in terms of quality and service. I felt nothing was left wanting. I'd certainly book the same hotel again if revisiting Wolverhampton.

Abit disappointed with our stay as we could hear a lot of banging throughout the night and also could hear a fan right outside the window which made it hard to sleep.

The hairdryer was broke and nearly caught on fire we wasn't told about this. The shower also kept turning hot and cold and we had one towel between us.

Not as grim as it looks...

Having read previous derogatory remarks made about this hotel I was pleasantly surprised.

I was only staying for a night as I was going to a concert in Wolverhampton and didn't want to drive back afterwards. The room was a decent size, warm and had comfortable facilities. My only gripe was that there had been recent bathroom refurbishment and there was still builders mess on the floor (plaster. This aside, it was perfectly adequate for a stop over.

A tired little hotel that needs some love.

The receptionist was incredibly friendly and very helpful.
