Extremely friendly staff

They were too good....I left my passport in a cab en route to the hotel and had an interview the following day and these guys were absolutely brilliant in helping me.

I would moan a bit about the electricals in the room which didn't really work....and a shave in a toilet that has no lights isn't really a pleasant experience...and nothing happened when I told reception about this. but on the whole....I came back with a feel good factor!. Cheerio!

Ideal location

Went to music concerts over a weekend and found this hotel to be in absolute perfect location.

Walking distance to the civic hall and town centre but far enough away from the hustle and bustle.

Quality Hotel Wolverhampton

The hotel is very tired, the front has had some updating including the bar and dining area, the rest is not so good.

Bathroom basin taps loose and almost no water flow, shaving light cover brown through age, mould on shower sealant

Value for Money

In need of a bit of TLC, but for a hotel close to a City centre the prices are often reasonable and would recommend for a budget stay.

Last minute booking.

Booked this hotel at last minute for just one night.

It wouldn't of been my first pick but was the cheapest so that's why we stayed. Staff were friendly and the room and hotel was clean. The quality is poor and I would say in this case you get what you pay for. Carpet had iron burn in it and the place could of done with an update.

room had a very bad smell to it.

toilet roll holder and heated towel rail hanging off the wall. big cracks in the sink, bed had springs sticking out. very noisy could hear people going to the loo all night and could hear them talking as if in the same room as us. staff could'nt be bothered, very very poor.

Basic hotel - you get what you pay for.

Quiet room, pleasant and helpful staff but definitely no frills. Shower over deep bath which was quite difficult to negotiate. Acceptable breakfast. Did not eat dinner in the restaurant, but noted apparent lack of vegetarian options. Good value for what we paid, but would not rush back.
