What a lovely hotel. Our room was hugh and warm cosy and very clean. The bed was super comfy too
We found this hotel at the last minute and it was brilliant.
Amazing breakfast with such a lot of choice. The room was a really pleasant surprise as it was hugh and so warm and comfortable and felt very luxurious. And the bedding was super thick and comfortable too. Lovely welcome from the friendly lady on reception as we arrived too. Such a lovely hotel, right next to the seafront. We will definitely return one day.
An absolute gem of a hotel.
Very large family room with sea view generally in good condition but mirror light and extractor in bathroom not working.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Limited vegetarian menu. Our dog was made to feel welcome. We would recommend this hotel and stay here again ourselves.
I felt the hotel, although historical over priced.
There is no parking and no lift. The breakfast was poor. I was handed my eggs whilst I was still eating my cereal and so had to eat it off the table.
The room was really nice.
The only thing that need to change is a new carpet in the room. The parking would be better if they gave the people who are staying in the hotel a car park ticket for the length of the stay.
A very welcoming, comfortable hotel
Staff were friendly and efficient.
The room was very spacious with a very large en suite which included separate bath and shower facilities with two basins. The hotel is dog friendly which is partly why we chose it. The breakfast menu (inclusive) was very substantial and the dinner menu gave a wide variety of choices at affordable prices. It was very good value for money.
Nice Location, Friendly helpful staff
Lovely friendly staff.
They were able to offer a gluten free option at breakfast. Room was lovely too!
breakfast bit slow.
A great place to stay
On our arrival we were greeted by friendly, helpful staff.
The room was far more spacious than we expected having only paid £95 for the family room inc breakfast and we couldn't fault the facilities or cleanliness albeit this is an old building. The room came with a great sea view as a bonus. We ate an evening meal and breakfast at the hotel and both were good although portions were slightly smaller than we expected. One criticism would be having to pay for parking at the hotel and this is pricey. We have two young children and although this hotel is not geared towards them staff were more than accommodating to ensure they had everything they needed. Overall a really good price for what you get and we will definitely stay there again.
