85% would recommend it to a friend
We stayed at the St Andrews Hotel for two nights whilst in the Worcester area for a family wedding.
The family room was spacious for us and our two children and although I had forgotten to ask for the additional two beds in advance as I thought they were part of the booking, housekeeping and the front desk quickly organised the additional beds for a small charge. Despite there being parties both nights in the hotel , the noise was not late or excessive and despite being very busy at breakfast , the service at reception ,restaurant and bar was always prompt , friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend and will stay again when in the area.
St Andrews House Hotel
Staff friendly, parking good, hotel a little dated and tired.
Overall for one night it was ok.
Staff we're lovely and very helpful Room a bit small, bathroom needed finishing Bed was very comfortable, one of the best we stayed in Food was lovely , would stay there again .
Where they really practice customer service
This is a lovely hotel in a pleasant town.
Easy to find, easy to park with plenty of space, nice decor, good food, very pleasant staff (all of them) and clean, warm rooms with free wi-fi. Even the price is good considering how nice this hotel is, I'd never hesitate to stay here.
Only booked a single room, it was small but great value.
Service was great and food was outstanding!
Lovely hotel but
On arrival my friend and I were assigned a double room after asking specifically for a twin room.
This was quickly sorted out. We did enjoy our stay and could not fault the staff at all. Our one gripe is there seems to be a lack of good sound proofing!!. I have never before stayed in a hotel were I have been able to hear the TV's in the room above AND beside, not only that the conversation of the people above us, this went on until midnight. It spoiled the stay for us somewhat. I really think the management should look into this and get it sorted out.
1 night break
The hotel was good although a couple in the room above returned back at 2am waking half the hotel with their segueing or whatever they were discussing.
Evening meal prices and afternoon tea a bit on the high side otherwise we would have probably ate there in the evening!
A lovely spacious room with good size bathroom.
Very comfortable bed. The heating was not on so were given a portable radiator - effective. Breakfast was fabulous - a good choice of good quality produce.
Room small but clean
Room was small but clean, shower cubicle small but excellent water pressure.Could hear the creaking of the above stairs but this is understandable due to the age of the building, breackfast was good although service was a little slow but the hotel was full so this was understandable also.
Would we stay again -yes
lovely hotel fantastic staff and the best ever eggs benedict we have ever had
