little sleep

The hotel is in good central location and the staff were friendly and helpful.

We had a triple room for 3 adults. The 3rd bed was a sofa bed and the worst I have slept in , thin old mattress with big dint in middle on a patched up board - not much sleep. The room was not sound proof and the corridor was very noisy, voices and banging as loud as if they were in room

The cost for one night without food was £78 which would have been fair if I could have slept.

OK but not what you'd expect for a 4* Hotel

We stayed in a business class room which one would expect to be of a high standard given the 4* rating.

The shower/bath water was lukewarm at best and the shower pressure was very weak. The so-called King sized bed was actually two single beds tied together which left a big gap halfway down the bed and made it very uncomfortable at times. The breakfast was rather limited but the hot food was good. Parking is not at the hotel but at the Q Car park across the road-rather circuitous to get to. All the staff were very friendly and helpful but the facilities let them down. I doubt I would stay here again.
