It was a busy Bank Holiday and we booked a last minute room.
For the price we paid we were not expecting much but the room and hostel premises were not very clean, the bedroom and corridors' carpets were very smelly (humidity) and there was a hole on the bedroom wall. We had to sleep with the windows opened as the smell was quite unpleasant.
We were not informed about the catering service
When we left we were unable to contact reception in order t o leave the keys.
I would not put my dog in here
Mould on the walls, no running water....This place is the worst accommodation I have ever stayed in my life.....
I work away all year round and stay in different Hotels daily and I have seen good and bad but this place takes the biscuit, it is the dirtiest most run down place I have ever stayed in and the owners should be ashamed of themselves.
