sorry total let down in every way, bad experience for me.
On arriving no parking had to park side of hotel skip and rubbish piled up bad start.
trechterous slippy steep steps stiff doors. then stale horrid smell when entering, one receptionist was helpful other didnt seem too happy, general condition and experience poor to this point, room or cupboard I think very noisy from residence and doors banging etc, toilet not clean shower I feared going in so dirty black mould etc. no socket for charging phone, tea and coffee in room terrible I threw it away, entertainment went on till very late not appreciated as I had an early 6.30 start to my day. talking to other residents similar concerns, that can be addressed and definitely improved, tidying cleaning sorting parking and dangerous steps, lick of paint and a program to make the bedrooms to a standard they would like to sleep in. maybe they should try them out and see what I mean, could be an excellent place i'm sure, would of phoned reception but no phone in room.
