For £60, it is a steal to stay in Kew at this price.
The bedroom was clean, the bed linen fresh and the mattress firm. I stayed in the King and it was all fine although couples should be aware that there are two separate single mattresses as opposed to one king size mattress. Also, the 'en suite' is a separate bathroom although you do have it to yourself. It is very close to Kew station making it handy for the area as well as going into west end which is only 20-30 mins on the tube. As a sole business traveller, I would be more than happy to stay there again.
Alright for a hostel
Understaffed, cramped, cheerless and impersonal.
Someone else was in the room we had booked so we were moved to a different one without apology. Although we were assured the owner would speak to us, there was no sign of him during our stay. We were still charged the original amount. Glad we weren't eating breakfast as the kitchen was small and the food looked unexciting.
