Perfectly nice place to stay

Our room had been recently decorated.

Beds were comfortable. Shower was hot. Towels were provided. Room was a bit small for £90 but this appears to be the going rate in Hastings for the half term weekend, plus the rest of the town was booked up. Great location. Easy to park. Eccentric owner, very friendly and helpful.

Disappointing and NOT a hotel it is a B & B

The establishment was very 'tired' and quite honestly not up to the standard I would expect from a £110 per night 'B&B'..

Don't stay here unless you like stairs and are very fit....YOU have to carry your bags up many flights of stairs and then the room was probably the smallest I have ever stayed in and the en-suite shower room even worse ( its been along time since I've seen a soap dish and a tablet of dried up soap on the sink).. the breakfast was of a poor standard too (quite cold).
