Very very disappointed with this hotel
I was disgusted with this room for the money, the rooms on their website looked beautiful but they were completely different when we arrived, the room was very small, with a hole in the wall where the door handle had been bashing into it.
I only booked this room thinking it was like the pictures and for the good food they served but they couldn't accommodate us for food, this is false advertising and should not be allowed, the staff weren't very helpful and didn't even ask how our stay was. I've stayed in litreally thousands of hotels due to my business and I've never felt it necessary to write bad feedback before ever, a room of this poor quality would struggle to get half the price I paid, I will never stay here again
