Comfortable stay in a nice hotel

Staff were very welcoming and helpful not only on our arrival but on our departure as well would stay again at this hotel, price we paid was excellent value for money room was very clean and pleasant no real complaints about the condition or the fascilities provided for our stay.

Bed was comfortable bath / shower was nice bathroom very roomy, bed a little on the small side but adequate and comfortable

Thanks for a wonderful welcome and a pleasant overnight stay, I liked the idea of not having to rush out in the morning as they only asked that you check out by mid day which was great as we did not need to rush off first thing in the morning. Breakfast was offered upon our arrival for 10 pounds per person which we declined but the food on offer looked really good and the evening meal menu in particular looked very good but as we had already arranged to meet with friends for both evening meal the night of our arrival and to meet up for a breakfast with them the following morning we did not eat at the hotel which is a shame really

Clayton Hotel Cardiff (formerly Best Western Maldron Hotel)

Enjoyed our stay very much, our only gripe was the car park, very difficult to find and although gets discounted for staying at hotel still puts quite a hefty extra cost on stay.
