Room 3

We booked this accommodation late, so had to take what was provided.

Room 3 is functional but very SMALL, only accept this if nothing else is available. We had an issue with housekeeping in that our room was not cleaned one day, (if asked do you want anything doing in your room, don't say "no" as this implies you don't want your room cleaned).

Central but be cautious

Napiers is perfectly placed in town, has lovely comfy beds and a good tasty breakfast.

However.... Our room (3) was described as "cosy".... Please read this as "small & cramped". ( and rather in need of a refurb). If you just need a place to sleep 1 night then fine, but if you're looking for a relaxing break with room for a case, room to move, are even slightly infirm, want to safely plug anything in without stepping on it (kettle, phone etc) then this isn't the place for you. Having said that the other rooms may be better but you don't know which room you are getting until you have booked.
