Nice building on the Oxford road.
However -possible given smaller room when arriving alone, heating sub-optimal in December and thin duvet. Room - tiny, barely space to move. shower appalling, with little pressure meant washing with basin was easier. Breakfast started at 7.45am - unable to experience. I can expect the price to be high as it was booked 48hr prior still a basic shower and warm room has to be a minimum. Not what I expected for a 4 star B&B.
Friendly staff, tasty breakfast.
