Good value basic accommodation

Friendly greeting.

The room was basic but clean and warm. Limited but free parking was available.

Pleasantly surprised !

We wanted a cheap B&B as we were going to spend more time out of it than in so didn't see the point in looking for plush accommodation, so wasn't expecting much.

I had checked the reviews before hand and chose the Shamrock as the reports on cleanliness were good ( which is a must for me). When we arrived we were greeted by a nice gentleman who gave us the choice of two rooms, he gave us a pint of milk (we found out that all rooms had a fridge and microwave, which was a bonus). When we went into the room. We had 8 boxes of mini cereals, tea, coffee and sugar, mugs, bowls, spoons for cereal . The TV was massive and we had free internet. But the best thing for me was how clean our room and the whole B&B was. I was pleasantly surprised with the whole accommodation, especially considering that we only paid £50 per room per night . If we ever visit again then we will most definitely stay again !👍🏼😀
