The bianalle in venice
Residenza Formosa was sold to us as suitable for 3 people but the bedroom comprised one double sofa bed and one arm chair bed which, when opened out, left zero room to move around. We had also hoped to be able to do some cooking there but the facilities were pretty inadequate to be honest. There was not enough cutlery and no wine glasses when we arrived but to be fair, our host did bring those for us when asked.

A nice and convenient apartment
The apartment building very conveniently located - right off Campo Maria di Formosa, and about 10 minutes walk to either Campo Sen Marco or Rialto bridge. Its a classic building with old-fashion furnishing - very nice!!
The apartment is well equipped with everything we needed to make our own food. It even has a washing machine (even though we did not use it). The COOP mini-market is a short walk away and very convenient.
Louisa met us at the vaporetto station and helped us to the apartment. She is extremely nice and very helpful. Her English is excellent!!
We visited the city in the height of Summer and were concerned that the apartment has no air-conditioning - but, as the ceilings are very high (about 4 meters - 13 feet), the apartment is naturally cool and comfortable - we did not feel discomfort or hot.
We are a family with older children (young adults). The apartment was small, but plenty enough room for our family. I think a group of 5 - 6 adults would find it a bit cramped.
We enjoyed our stay in the apartment and in the city and would recommend the apartment to others - both for its convenient location and its comfort.

Great apartment in centre of Venice
We were met by Luisa who was really helpful and friendly.
The apartment was comfortable and had all necessities.
Would definitely recommend it and go there again.
