Lovely stay

We upgraded to a premier suite, which was very spacious with a lovely freestanding bathtub as well as a shower.

The room could only do with a little refurbishment as its starting to look a little dated. However, if was a lovely room either way. Unfortunately we didn't have time to use the pool, but I booked us in for a massage at the Spa. That was simply wonderful.

Family room overnight

Excellent customer service We arrived late in the evening after a 4 hour drive.

The main car park was full. We phoned reception and someone came down immediately to locate a space for us in an overflow car park. Check -in wax swift. The room was large and beds very comfortable. All facilities we expected were there and again someone came up immediately to help our younger son access the free Wi-Fi. Excellent range of breakfast items. Good swimming pool. Would definitely stay again.

Central hotel so great choice for a city break.

Room was large, clean and with a very good size bathroom, ideal for my elderly mother who has mobility problems. Limited hotel parking but the staff were very helpful in making sure we had a place. There is a pay and display car park also at the back of the hotel which is very convenient. Hotel staff very helpful and professional. We would stay here again.

Reception staff not very helpful.

Only one towel in the room so contacted reception who arranged delivery efficiently but was 1 bath towel and 2 bath mats. Went to bar in hotel Friday night, was asked by waiter to take a seat and he would take order. Still waiting 15 minutes later after 2 hen parties had arrived and been served. Waiter apologised and took order and brought drinks eventually, he apologised and made a big deal about leaving complimentary nuts. 3 adults and about 20 nuts, generous. Overrated hotel, poorly managed and most certainly wouldn't recommend to anyone

A lovely room

Quality of room was excellent but there were a few things missing from the room that were needed and the kettle was faulty.

The staff did everything they could and did bring everything we wanted up to our room.

Staff attitude at front desk wasn't great and we weren't welcomed but other than that, it wasn't a bad stay.

Very close to Central Bristol.

Really enjoyable stay.

Lovely room, massive twin beds and a swimming pool, close to restaurants.

What more could you want.

Good location

Hotel is in a good location with just a short walk onto the waterfront and loads of nice pubs and bars.

Only thing that caught us out was the £13 car parking charge which we didn't realise you had to pay on top of the booking
