Decent Basic Accommodation
No problems at all. Was expecting a single but had a twin to myself, which was a nice surprise. The room was warm and clean. Comfortable bed. Nice clean en-suite and plenty of hot water. Might have been a bit small for two people but who spends much of their time in their hotel room when visiting London? Not quite a 4 star in my opinion but a good place to stay. Pleasant receptionist at the desk when I arrived - no other interaction as everything ok. Good location, convenient for underground Central Line at Queensway and other lines at Bayswater stations.

Great stay
Pleasantly surprised that for a small hotel the accommodation and service was of a very high standard; room was comfortable including a mixture of toiletries included within the bathroom. Located centrally for the West End / Hyde Park and would have no reservations in staying there again.

Noisy Lift
Good location for Hyde park. Clean tidy, but very small. Staff ok, but not overly helpful. Kept awake most of the night with noisy lift shaft adjacent to room. Did complain in morning and recieved an apology, but all in all a poor night. Parking on road free at weekend.

A gem of a find.
This was a gem of a find £59 for a very clean and comfortable room in Bayswater, 3 minutes from a tube station - fantastic, There were a couple of poor reviews on another site, but they were far from the experience I had. I'm back in London for work in February and have booked there again already.
