Great place

Great room, I was leaving to early for breakfast so they made me a pack up!

OK I suppose

The place was as described but was too basic.

I had a feeling that where corners could be cut they were. The bed was uncomfortable and the flimsy bottom sheet soon exposed the plastic covered mattress. If you want just a one night stay It will do but I would not like any longer. The bar was too much like a working mans club. Times and expectations are changing and Warrens needs to catch up.

Find place to stay

Village was nice place to stay and reasonable condition.

At times I found the customer service could be improved, they tended to provide answers to questions not asked. Tried to have minimal interactions with the reception desk. I would stay there again.

one night stay

Good for a budget one night stay, with a pub and entertainment if you want it.

Breakfast was swimming in butter where the mushrooms and eggs have been fried in it so it looked disgusting. If I stayed again I just wouldn't eat there

2 night family break

Accommodation was better than expected - looked like a recent refurbishment: clean, comfortable and very roomy.

Poor staffing

It took around 30 minutes to check in, this was primarily having no staff.

This was only made worse in the morning when it took 45 minutes for someone to take our breakfast order, someone else complained in the diner. Waiting over an hour for a cooked breakfast is just not good enough. I would not stop here again.

Excellent all round

Really pleased to have found this excellent place to stay when we are visiting the Bristol area.

Fantastic value for money. Superior room was lovely - spacious, airy and clean with modern large bathroom and a flat screen TV. Staff friendly and helpful. Food in the restaurant was tasty and reasonably priced. Entertainment in the bar as it was a Saturday night was an unexpected bonus. We enjoyed the singer very much.

It was 'ok' - you get what you pay for - cheap as chips (unless the chef is stressed)

It was an ok visit for two nights with Western-Super-Mare up the road.

I wouldn't stay here for longer than that. The room was nice but the site do not supply a cot for children due to 'Health and Safety'(?!?) so our 4 year old daughter had to sleep on a mattress on the floor in our bedroom. The room lacked air conditioning so was very hot during the night. The breakfast was 'ok'. The chef limits what he is willing to do if he is 'busy' (meaning when he has only 4 tables to serve). The customer service was variable, the girl at breakfast on day two was very nice and helped a lot. So basically, as long as you bring your own cot and have your own fan and you don't stress the chef out too'll be fine!
