Great stay although slightly disappointed.
Very impressed by the general feel of the hotel.
Smart and clean and first reaction to room was fantastic. I had paid extra for the king size bed suite and was incredibly disappointed. Felt an odd slump in the centre of the bed, then discovered it was two single mattresses pushed together with a sheet and topper holding them together. I felt incredibly disappointed and feel had I known this would be the case I wouldn't have bothered. Fantastic en suite though and incredible shower. They really do give you a cookie, too.
Great weekend break
Staff were really friendly. Room was just what was required, both enjoyed a good nights sleep. Locationwise it is in a great spot, short walk from the docks one way, and broadmead shopping the other. Would definitely go again!
