Disappointing customer service
I have stayed here many times before but this was the worst.
I was disappointed with the customer service. It took four or five trips to my room initially for the key to work. I did not feel the reception staff were very concerned. Also my shower was repaired at the second time of asking. The receptionist clearly forgot the first time.
Short but Sweet
An overnight stay in Brussels at short notice and I found Silken Berlaymont on LateRooms.
Not the cheapest place to stay, but the Euro District in Brussels never is, but overall a lovely hotel.
Good choice for EU business
Room and bathroom of good quality.
Comparebly silent street is positive. Nice persons in charge. I was disappointed though that it was not clear wheather or not the breakfast was included in the prepaid price when I entered the restaurant. At checkin I was told that breakfast was included.
