The room was excellent - it seemed newly furbished, clean - and kept clean over my four day stay.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
I was in Milan for a conference so chose this hotel as it seemed close to the conference centre (it was - less than 10 minutes walk) but I then discovered it was an even shorter walk to the underground station with a 10-15 minute ride right into the centre of Milan and the Duomo - so ideal for sightseeing and going out in the evening. It was an extremely good situation. I marked the food down only through lack of choice in the evening - they don't pretend to have a full menu - it is more than snacks - but not the full choice you would get in a restaurant. What they had was good quality though - and there is no shortage of places to eat in Milan. The breakfasts were excellent.
I would happily stay here again
