Deen Hotel experience

Reasonable value, central location, good facilities for price, helpful staff.

Room small, but adequate and up to date. Not bad for budge stay.

Very good

Good service friendly staff and excellent breakfast included in the price.

I had no problems with parking, but there are not many spaces, if the hotel is full.

Excellent Value for Money

Stayed here for a couple of nights whilst up on business.

Although, the room was small it was more than adequate for a single person. It looked as if it had been recently decorated and was spotlessly clean. Excellent value for money and I would certainly stay here again. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Great little hotel

Lovely hotel just off the main party road in Jesmond and in a nice quiet location.

I had a lovely little single room - not huge, but perfect for short stay - somewhere to crash and then shower in the morning. Clean, lots of hot water, kettle for tea & coffee and quiet during the night. Breakfast was very good and the service throughout excellent. Would definitely stay there again as excellent value for money. Only 2 things I would mention - pillows a bit flat and I would take my own or ask for another one next time (2 were provided). Other thing was being woken up at around 5.30am with the sun streaming in through the curtains which had no effect on darkening the room. So I would take an eye mask to aid sleep. Otherwise no complaints.

Super Quality & Value for Money

Stayed here for one night for a visit to Newcastle, and I have to say for what I paid, this hotel is lovely.

My modern, well decorated room had a super comfy bed, coffee, and an en suit. Staff were very helpful and I will return without hesitation.

cannot comment on breakfast as I left early.

Parking?????? HA!!!!

Parking limited to 6 spaces with area all around permit holders only.

Nightmare!!!!. corridors smelled of tobacco smoke as if in the bad old times where smoking was permitted indoors

Just what I was after

The room and en-suite were clean and comfortable, not huge but I was only after a room to sleep in rather than spend the day in so it was fine.

The breakfast was excellent with a variety of hot and cold options, and although I didn't get the chance to try the on site restaurant the food smelled pretty good.
